You may use beyondkreativ.com to browse products, request custom work, place orders, learn about creator opportunities, and contact Beyond KreatiV. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.

Orders, pricing, and availability

Product availability, pricing, decoration options, production timelines, and shipping estimates may change. An order is not guaranteed until it is accepted and payment is successfully processed. If an item, option, or service becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to arrange a substitute, adjustment, refund, or cancellation.

Custom printing and embroidery

Custom work may require artwork approval, garment selection, quantities, sizes, colors, production method, and a confirmed deadline. Colors and placement can vary slightly between screens, garments, materials, and production methods. Once custom production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

You are responsible for having permission to use any artwork, logo, photograph, trademark, phrase, or other material you ask us to reproduce. Beyond KreatiV may decline work that appears to infringe another party’s rights or that we otherwise cannot responsibly produce.

Creator and brand content

Creators and independent brands remain responsible for the content and rights associated with materials they provide. Specific storefront, production, fulfillment, revenue, or partnership terms may be governed by a separate written agreement when applicable.

Returns, defects, and order problems

Return eligibility depends on whether an item is standard merchandise or made to order. Custom and personalized items generally cannot be returned for preference, sizing choice, or change of mind after production. If we made an error or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right. Full details are available on our Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping and delivery

Production and transit times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been confirmed in writing. Delivery timing can be affected by carriers, weather, inventory, production complexity, or events outside our reasonable control. Please verify shipping information before placing an order.

Intellectual property

Beyond KreatiV branding, original site copy, graphics, and site-created design elements may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Rights in creator, customer, or third-party content remain with their respective owners unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Information we collect

When you interact with the site, we may receive information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, billing and shipping details, order information, artwork files, quote details, and messages. The site may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, cookie data, and site activity.

How we use information

We use information to process orders, produce and fulfill products, respond to questions and quote requests, manage customer accounts, improve the website, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain business records, and meet legal or tax obligations.

We do not receive or store complete payment-card details when they are processed directly by a payment provider.
